I understand that there is a 48-hour cancellation policy in effect. More than 48 hours notice to cancel or change my appointment, I will not be charged. If I cancel with less than 48 hours notice, I will be charged 50% of the reserved service price. If I give day-of notice or no-show my appointment, I will be charged 100% of the service price. I understand that my credit card on file will be charged for the above should I fail to give the required notice. All sales are non-refundable. Retail purchases may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase.
