Saw Jaia for a color correction from a bad gloss situation that turned some of my hair green. She was able to fix it easily and fairly quick. She had a mentor that she’d confirm things with but she did everything very well from what I could see. My hair is great and ended with something a lot better then what I had! They also got me in extremely last minute which I’m very grateful for as I was only visiting for the weekend. 10/10

I went to an intuative mediumship message with Tabitha, and this was genuinely one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been to psychics and mediums before, but combining that intuitive experience with massage and physical touch took it to an entirely different level. She would notice and feel things in my body and connect them to things I might be holding onto or working through, while also sharing messages about my spirit guides. It was honestly transcendent. The service was great, she did a good job. I was just disappointed because on your website it indicated that the service I booked included a foot massage, which it didn’t. Not happy that my car was hit while parked in front of your building but at least the guy who left the note was truthful with his details for when I called to make my ICBC claim. It is stupid that the city has made the parking along there out into the street to make a bike lane that I have never seen anyone use.

Sarah is the best! She always knows what I want and executes it flawlessly. Blond can be tricky and the blond highlights I get always look bright, natural and fresh. The appointment is also very professional and fun. I’m always stocked on a latte, treat and water and we have the best conversations. She is also fabulous at head massages while shampooing and does an amazing blow out. Will miss her on mat leave, but thankful to get one last appointment in beforehand.

Andrea is amazing! I had my hair done by Andrea today, and she was wonderful. She was sweet, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented.
