Absolutely obsessed with my results! Honestly, I haven’t had the best experiences with salons in Nanaimo, but Kiyo seriously exceeded all my expectations. I’m the type of person who gets pretty nervous before hair appointments because I had really long natural hair and have had it botched a couple of times in the past. I was definitely a little anxious going in. But Alisha made me feel comfortable right away. As soon as I sat in her chair, I felt confident that she was going to take great care of my hair, and she absolutely did. I have genuinely never been this happy after a haircut. I couldn’t recommend Alisha and Kiyo enough. Thank you so much! I’m beyond happy with my hair. 1000% recommend! ?

Sarah is the best! She always knows what I want and executes it flawlessly. Blond can be tricky and the blond highlights I get always look bright, natural and fresh. The appointment is also very professional and fun. I’m always stocked on a latte, treat and water and we have the best conversations. She is also fabulous at head massages while shampooing and does an amazing blow out. Will miss her on mat leave, but thankful to get one last appointment in beforehand.
